Started in 2014 by managing director Mitchell Roberts, our company has grown from just Mitchell and an apprentice to encompass multiple installation crews, a service team and an administration team. We put our growth down to our dedication to providing unparalleled customer service, high quality workmanship and extensive after-sales support.

Mitchell Roberts
Managing Director
Since starting the company in 2014, Mitchell has overseen the growth and development of Roberts Air Conditioning, always with a keen eye on quality workmanship and customer service. With the birth of his first child in 2018, starting his own family has only given Mitchell more drive to support his employees, clients and the local community.
Mitchell is heavily focused on supporting the installation crews and service team in providing quality workmanship and service every time.
Monique Roberts
Operations Manager
With a background in business administration, Monique takes care of the office and administrative side of the business. She manages day-to-day duties in the realm of marketing, accounts payable & receivable, WHS, recruitment, payroll, and overseeing general administration. Along with Mitchell, Monique is proud to have created a strong quality and service culture within the team.
Steven Cannon
Installation Manager
Steven joined Roberts Air Conditioning in August 2017 after finishing his apprenticeship. He has since become an integral part of the company, helping to grow and nourish our relationships with a range of clientele. As the business expands, Steven is responsible for quality control, ensuring the highest quality work by managing and mentoring trades and apprentices on our residential and commercial installations.
