Since starting the company in 2014, Mitchell has overseen the growth and development of Roberts Air Conditioning, always with a keen eye on quality workmanship and customer service. With the birth of his first child in 2018, starting his own family has only given Mitchell more drive to support his employees, clients and the local community.
Mitchell is heavily focused on supporting the installation crews and service team in providing quality workmanship and service every time.
With a background in business administration, Monique takes care of the office and administrative side of the business. She manages day-to-day duties in the realm of marketing, accounts payable & receivable, WHS, recruitment, payroll, and overseeing general administration.
Along with Mitchell, Monique is proud to have created a strong quality and service culture within the team.
