Before coming to the job that was arranged prior to Christmas, I received a prompt and reasonable quote to service my existing A/C units. The company made contact with me as the booking approached, which made me happy that I didn't have to chase them, like so many other tradies. Steve turned up exactly when arranged. He got straight into the job. Quoted for the future work that I requested, on the same day. Once I have clarified a few extra points I will definitely be going ahead with the new installs quoted. Steve was also honest about things that I had asked about that weren't worth doing, which I appreciated.
